Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to amend the order once it is placed, as our warehouse team will have already started to process the order.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Not sure what they would like!? Get them a gift card! Gift cards are now available for purchase ranging from $20 - $100!
What are your payment options?
Due to the recent global pandemic concerning the COVID-19 virus, we are currently cancelling all Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options!
International payment is offered through PayPal express checkout. Local online Bank Deposits are also offered.
Bank Deposit payments are made outside of our online store! Customers are advised to transfer deposits from their local online banking account. Bank Deposits can be made to the Royal Bank of Canada (guilder account) or the Windward Island Bank (dollar account).
Please follow the local bank deposit payment instructions displayed on the order status page, after your order has been placed.
When will my package be shipped out?
Once your order payment has been approved our warehouse team will begin to fulfill the order. Please allow 3-4 business days for orders to be shipped out.
When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Delivery of packages may be delayed by 15-25 days due to the COVID-19 global crisis! Our local shipping carrier is currently experiencing delays with their shipping schedule!

What is your return policy?
If you need to return your purchase; contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ship the order back to us within 14 days of delivery.
If over 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Will you restock an item I'm interested in?
Some items are highly demanded and may sell out quickly. We suggest signing up to our newsletter to receive updates about inventory re-stock.
I own a boutique. Can I place a wholesale order?
We have many plans for growing the brand in the coming years, and wholesaling is definitely in our future. However, at the moment we are not accepting any wholesale orders.
