Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to amend the order once it is placed, as our warehouse team will have already started to process the order.
Can I purchase a gift card?
At this moment this option isn't available. However, we are working hard to offer this feature!
What are you payment options?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (for Sint Maarten/Saint Martin purchases only!), PayPal express checkout and Bank Deposits.
Bank Deposit payments are made outside of our online store! Bank Deposits can be made to the Royal Bank of Canada (guilder account) or the Windward Island Bank (dollar account). Please follow the payment instructions displayed on the order status page, after your order has been placed.
We are working on expanding our payment options.
When will my package be shipped out?
Once your order payment has been approved our warehouse team will begin to fulfill the order. Please allow 3-4 business days for orders to be shipped out.
When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Regional and International orders generally arrive between 7-15 business days.

What is your return policy?
If you need to return your purchase; contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ship the order back to us within 14 days of delivery.
If over 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Will you restock an item I'm interested in?
Some items are highly demanded and may sell out quickly. We suggest signing up to our newsletter to receive updates about inventory re-stock.
I own a boutique. Can I place a wholesale order?
We have many plans for growing the brand in the coming years, and wholesaling is definitely in our future. However, at the moment we are not accepting any wholesale orders.
